Some recommendation for the implementation of the Masters, Doctorates, Habilitations thesis defense ( June 2020)

The access to the various poles is reserved only:

•  The students concerned by the defense on presentation of the student card
•  All teachers on presentation of the professional card
• To staff of the University on presentation of the professional card
•  Access is strictly prohibited to accompanying persons except for people with reduced mobility.

Strict application of preventive measures against covid 19:

• Wash hands with solutions of hydro-alcoholic gel or water and soap
• Wearing of the mask is obligatory for everyone and in all circumstance.
• Respect social distancing

About the defense:

• They will take place in person
•  A closed hearing will be used.
• Make sure to respect the scheduled and avoid unnecessary delay.
• Must present half hour before the start of the presentations.
•  The Master’s thesis in digital format is transmitted to the members of the jury by the supervisor
• The file of defense thesis of Doctorate must be transmitted, imperatively, by electronic means by the thesis director to the Head of Department
• The file of Habilitation must be transmitted, imperatively, by electronic means under the regularity procedure.
• The members of jury of outside of University of Tlemcen can participate in the defense of Doctorate or Habilitation by visioconferences using ICT.
•  The discharge operation (Libraries and University community services) is taken in charge by the Faculties;
•  Snacks are strictly prohibited for all defenses.
